Each option below works a little differently: where the class happens, and whether you need to apply to SCC at all.

On SCC’s Campus or Online

Postsecondary Enrollment Options (PSEO)

Take tuition-free SCC college courses while still in high school. The most common option for most students.

Apply to SCC, plus a Registration Form signed by your counselor. Eligibility depends on your grade (GPA, class rank, or test scores), and some courses aren’t covered by the program.

Taught at Your High School

Concurrent Enrollment

Take a college-credit course taught by your own high school teacher, during the school day.

Start with your counselor, then apply to SCC and select “SCC Concurrent Enrollment” as your campus. Course availability depends on what your high school offers.
