Strategic Plan | FY25 - FY29
South Central College’s strategic plan will guide our work through FY29. The plan reflects the college’s vision, mission, and values while advancing our institutional priorities. It also continues our connection to the Minnesota State Equity 2030 plan. Ongoing evaluation and adaptation will be paramount to the success of our Strategic Plan. As a living document, we will have the flexibility to make necessary modifications as the needs of our students and communities continue to evolve.
Goal 1
Grow overall enrollment, from recruitment through completion, by focusing on students’ academic and holistic support needs.
