CWE offers MSHA Instructor Training

The MSHA Instructor Training Course is a required prerequisite for individuals seeking to become a Part 48 MSHA Approved Instructor and is recommended for Part 46 operations. Instructor approval is mandatory for operations governed by Title 30 CFR Part 48, including surface mines, surface areas of underground mines, and underground mines.

MSHA establishes the qualifications and approval requirements for Part 48 Instructors. Final review and approval are issued by the MSHA District Office where the applicant is employed.
