Gene has been a Farm Business Management instructor since 1995. Prior to that he taught High School Agricultural Education for 10 years. Gene also worked 10 years for Land O'Lakes in development. He received his Bachelor of Science and Masters in Education from the University of Minnesota. He is married, has three children and lives in rural Waterville.

Doug has been a Farm Business Management instructor at South Central College since 1984. He farmed previously for eight years raising corn, soybeans, sugar beets and hogs. Doug received his Bachelor of Science Degree at South Dakota State University and his Masters of Education at the University of Minnesota. He is married, has three daughters and lives in Faribault.
