The Admissions Office will help you with the application process.  Admissions personnel are your connection to the SCC community and are happy to set up campus visits, explain admission requirements, and can refer you to staff that can assist you with scholarship and financial aid opportunities.  When you apply to SCC, the Admissions Office is there to guide you through the entire process.

  • Submit to SCC a completed application by using our Online Application or print out an Application Form and send in the completed form to the college.  Both methods require payment of a one-time $20 non-refundable fee for your application to be processed.
  • Complete the High School / GED Transcript Release Permission Form.
  • Send or give the High School/GED Transcript Release Permission Form directly to the last high school you attended. Your transcript cannot be sent without signed permission from you.
  • Schedule an Accuplacer testing time and take the test.
  • Verify that an official (sealed and unopened) High School or GED transcript was sent to the SCC Admissions Office.  This is required for all incoming students.
