The Faribault Campus Foundation’s 2011-12 annual fund drive will kick off on Monday, October 24. Chris Nelson from Nelson’s Market Place in Faribault is serving as the fund drive chair. The theme this year is Fan the Flames…Invest in Student Dreams. The Foundation will hold training sessions for new volunteers on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 18 and 19 at noon.
The Foundation benefits from the talents and community connections of several current and former employees who serve as fund drive volunteers. If you are interested in being a volunteer to help with the annual fund drive, let me know.
The 2011-12 internal fund drive began September 19th with the kick off at noon during the faculty/staff meeting. Thank you to everyone who has accepted the mission to support student scholarships! More information is included in a separate section in this issue of The Connection.
