Blueprint for Success

The Foundation proudly recognized 92 students with 106 scholarships totaling $76,300 on Monday, April 26th during the annual scholarship ceremony.  The cafeteria was full of excited students and their proud supporters.

The Foundation hosted a lovely Donor Appreciation Reception on Saturday, April 24th at House #43; a joint project with Rice County Habitat for Humanity.  SCC alum Becky Zoubek and her children Emily and Andrew will move in soon and will enjoy special features unlike any other Habitat House, thanks to the talents of SCC carpentry-cabinetmaking students.

The annual fund drive has nearly wrapped up with just over $94,000 raised.  Thanks to everyone who supports the Foundation’s various fund raising efforts.  The last McEducator Night at the Faribault McDonald’s is Monday, May 10 from 5 – 7 p.m.

Your financial support helps complete the Blueprint for Student Success at South Central College so THANK YOU for giving generously!
