Admissions

Applications for Admission

There are multiple methods to access the SCC admissions forms.  Select from the following options the method that is convenient for you.

  • SCC now offers an Online Application in addition to manually printing out and mailing in our Application form.  Both methods require payment of a one-time $20 non-refundable fee for your application to be processed.  If you are mailing in your application, send the Application Form along with a $20 application fee to: Admissions, South Central College, Street Address, City, State, Zip (use one of the two campus addresss below). .
  • Complete and print the High School / GED Transcript Release Permission Form online.  Send or give the High School/GED Transcript Release Permission Form directly to the last high school you attended. Your transcript cannot be sent without signed permission from you.
  • Download PDF version of the Application/Transcript Release Form that allows you to print a blank application to complete.
  • Request a hard copy of the application form.  Call 507-389-7451 or e-mail Admissions@southcentral.edu.
