Mark Iversen, President of the North Mankato Campus Foundation for South Central College, announced that Erin Aanenson has been named as the new Executive Director of the Foundation. Erin has served as the Campus Administrator for Laurels Peak Rehabilitation Center in Mankato since 2013, and is a graduate of University of Minnesota, Crookston, with a B.S. in Communication.
“Erin comes to us with exceptional leadership and marketing skills,” said Iversen. “I look forward to working with her as we continue to fulfill the Foundation’s mission of serving South Central College and its students.”
Dr. Annette Parker, President of South Central College, said she is very pleased with the selection of Aanenson. “Erin will bring a whole new energy to the Foundation, and we’re so happy to welcome her to our team,” said Parker.
Aanenson will assume the duties of Executive Director for the Foundation on May 19, 2017.
South Central College North Mankato Campus Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization designed to support the students and programs of South Central College's North Mankato Campus. Annually the Foundation provides over $275,000 in scholarships to deserving SCC students. The Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of area volunteers, including SCC alumni.
